Cleaning the flesh out of the wings can be a little hard sometimes. Way harder than cleaning the legs and head. I always try to keep those primary feathers attached to the bone, and just try to clean around that. Sometimes when I can't reach everything I make an incision just to get the rest out. It's hard to explain though. Have you bought the Carl Church book yet? It tells everything step-by-step with photo's! Helped me a lot in the beginning. You can download it for around 8 euro's:
www.birdtaxidermy.co.uk/bird-t…And I haven't heard of those, but after googling them I think they work the same as the stuff I use myself. Sounds good to me. Just make sure you remove as much fat and other tissue before soaking it.
